UK Mainland Delivery Options

  • Free UK Mainland Delivery: Order by 12pm for same-day processing. Delivery takes 3–5 working days and is free.
  • Next Working Day Delivery: £20 charge for orders placed by 12pm, Monday–Thursday.
  • Same-day Delivery: Currently unavailable.
  • Delivery Instructions: Add any special instructions at checkout.

Note: Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

EU International Shipping

  • EU International Delivery: £50 flat fee. Delivered via DHL Express within 5–7 working days.
  • Weight Restriction: International shipping is strictly limited to a maximum of 2 bottles per order due to weight and customs regulations.
  • We currently ship to the United Kingdom and all European Union member states.
  • Please Note: We are unable to ship to the USA, Canada, or other non-EU countries directly to consumers due to international alcohol licensing and customs restrictions.

  • As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive a DHL tracking number instantly in your order confirmation email—no waiting for dispatch!
  • We use the latest DHL API technology to provide you with real-time tracking updates and seamless delivery experience.
  • Receive on-demand notifications direct from DHL, including estimated delivery windows, live parcel location, and delivery confirmation.
  • Track your parcel any time at dhl.com/gb-en/home/tracking.html.
  • If you miss a delivery, DHL will provide options for redelivery or collection via their On Demand Delivery service.

Returns & Refunds Policy

  • You can return unopened, undamaged products with safety seals intact within 7 days of delivery.
  • Email hola@sphynxtequlia.com with your order number, a photo of the product, your reason for return, and whether you want a credit or refund.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive your return.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, take photos and contact us within 24 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
